William Daniel
As a Tampa native and University of Tampa graduate, Will spearheads the Building Easier Construction Group, a venture born out of a vision to simplify construction processes. With eight years of invaluable experience at James Hardie, a leading global siding manufacturer, Will brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Recognized for his exceptional leadership, Will has been named in the Tampa Bay Business Journal 40 Under 40 and the Tampa Club’s 40 Under 40, underscoring his significant contributions to the industry and his community. Specializing in sales, marketing, and operations, Will is instrumental in shaping the future of Building Easier Construction Group, aligning our mission to make construction more accessible, efficient, and of the highest quality.

Cory Frier
Cory, a Tampa native, contributes his wealth of experience as a production home builder in the local market to the Building Easier Construction Group. Armed with an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Florida, Cory seamlessly merges financial acumen with hands-on industry expertise. Having served as an install representative and sales manager for James Hardie in the Florida market, Cory possesses intimate knowledge of proper installation techniques for Hardie siding. As the CFO of the Building Easier Construction Group, Cory focuses on the accounting and construction aspects of the business, playing a pivotal role in its financial success and operational excellence.

Ryan Listerman
Ryan Listerman entered the roofing and remodeling industry in 2017 with a passion for not just building better projects, but better systems. With a sharp eye for operations and a deep commitment to transparency, he’s built Bay Area Roof and Remodel on the principle that homeowners deserve clear proposals, strong communication, and high-integrity craftsmanship.
Originally from out of state, Ryan proudly calls Florida home. He’s embraced the Tampa Bay lifestyle (and its teams) with open arms, bringing both Midwestern grit and Southern hospitality to every project.
Over the years, Ryan’s leadership and performance have earned him multiple President’s Club awards, and in 2023, he was recognized as one of the Top 42 Under 42 by The Tampa Club—an honor celebrating emerging leaders shaping the region’s future.
Whether he’s reviewing permits or walking a job site, Ryan’s focus remains the same: do good work, treat people right, and build a business that stands the test of time.
